Hi, I'm Lisa - Cultivator of calm, from garden flowers to the human spirit, merging nature’s rhythms with power of massage. I'm drawn to the art of well-being as a person who sees healing not as fixing what hurts, but as creating balance through sound, touch, and science. Additionally, as a Biomechanist, I scan the body for imbalances, then restore healthy muscle functioning and natural human movement with strategic massage techniques. With the use of singing bowls, tuning forks, wind chimes and more, I tune the energy stored within and around the body, encouraging the healing magic of being fully present. Beginning my practice in the Florida Keys, but returning seasonally to roots in Pennsylvania, I hold massage licenses on the east coast in Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Florida. Certifications in Sound Therapy and Biomechanics enhanced my skills and knowledge along my path, cultivating Souma Healing now flourishing in Portsmouth, New Hampshire at 410 The Hill.
