No massage is the same, as I orientate my practice to meet the client's goals, whether that is to find relaxation, or to mitigate body pain. While I prefer deeper work (though not so deep that the body tightens in response to pain), I am happy to offer whatever depth and pressure the client is looking for. I have also been a Reiki practitioner for almost 20 years, and an herbalist for 15 years. Both of these trainings support my practice.
