Sara Bragdon

Located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. Sara Bragdon is a Licensed Massage Therapist who offers a range of techniques to provide a deeply therapeutic session for each client.  All of her treatments are customizable to help the client achieve better health, and to feel restored. She is knowledgeable in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal,  CBD, Sports Massage, River Stone, Himalayan Salt Stone, Warm Bamboo, Acupressure, Reflexology, Reiki, and Aromatherapy.  All oils and creams are made with safe ingredients, and are used with the clients' well being in mind.
