My passion is helping people along their path to well-being and vitality. I believe that massage and bodywork is a fascinating journey inward, which fosters a strong connection between mind, body and spirit. Through gentle awareness, we work together to awaken your body's own healing mechanisms, inner balance, and potential. I specialize in several massage and bodywork techniques and integrate these techniques to address your specific goals.  My specialties include Thai Yoga Bodywork, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy,Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, and Reiki.I specialize in several massage and bodywork techniques and integrate these techniques to address your specific goals.  I treat many issues such as TMJ, migraines, musculoskeletal issues, stress-related issues, and sports injuries.I also completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2012, and instruct my clients in yoga postures & self-care exercises to encourage healing and lifelong well-being.  I hope to use my skills to help you relax, balance, and heal your body, and to provide you with tools to maintain your inner vitality.   I am honored to be part of your journey!
