Sarah-Elizabeth is a hands on healer. Her hands tune to the physical body, find places of tenderness and tension to release with ease. She practices Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Prenatal massage and Sports massage with Reiki in each session. Your body is allows blood to flow through joints and muscles, deeply releasing restrictions.
Sarah-Elizabeth understands the body has the ability to heal itself. When injuries or chronic pain present themselves in a body, often assistance is needed to release restrictions to accelerate the healing process.
