Dawn Waites

Dawn Waites, LMT, owner, and U.S. Army Veteran, is a 1998 Massage Therapy graduate of the Nashua Community College. After passing the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and the NH Licensing Exam, Dawn successfully practiced massage for a number of years, also becoming certified in Aromatherapy, Herbalism, and Reiki. Making the decision to take a break from the professional massage field, she reenlisted in the Army National Guard, deploying to the Middle East. After returning to New Hampshire, Dawn realized that by incorporating regular massage sessions into her healthcare regime, she was able to successfully manage her pain and stress levels. This inspired her to become relicensed, and sought out more advanced training in Biomechanical Restructuring in Phoenix, Arizona, and enrolled in a massage program with more clinical approach. After graduating from Great Bay Community College's Massage Therapy program in 2022, she obtained her NH State License and incorporated additional massage techniques into her therapeutic practice. Dawn works on clients using several modalities and techniques that she has been trained in, such as Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofacial Release, AromaMassage, Reiki (and other energy modalities), and has extensive experience in relieving painful neck, shoulder, and back conditions, as well as helping her clients reduce their stress levels. Dawn is fully committed to helping her clients achieve their wellness goals by working in conjunction with their healthcare practitioners.
