Guided by the Divine and grounded in mindfulness, Stephany has transformed two decades of personal trauma and unforeseen challenges into a life devoted to holistic wellness and service.

Through integrative, whole-body approaches, she has successfully overcome chronic pain and illness for both herself and her children. Now, she channels that experience into helping others on their own healing journeys - leading clients toward physical, emotional, and spiritual integration, and supporting them in cultivating lifestyles rooted in optimal health and vitality.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience and a background spanning behavioral health, Western medicine, and alternative therapies, Stephany specializes in identifying and addressing the root causes behind symptoms. Whether clients seek relief from stress and tension, support for challenges related to autism, autoimmune conditions, mental health, or chronic pain and fatigue, she approaches every session with compassion, intuition, and evidence-informed care.
