Coming into awareness of one's body is a process that involves the therapist and the client working together.Awareness is instrumental. When you can tune into the inner workings of your own body you may begin to notice when something does not feel right or when something changes. We work together to discover where your tension might be hiding, the source of both physical and emotional discomfort or pain.At Sacred Touch Massage Therapy it is my intention to create a safe space for you to explore your healing process.
