I believe that within each person exists the capacity to heal themselves. I facilitate this healing process through academic knowledge of the human body system, accompanied by intuitive touch. My approach is influenced by a variety of bodywork including, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Body Mobility Techniques, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Yoga.
