My skill primarily focus on treating myofascial trigger points. I perform mostly deep tissue and sports massage treatment. I am trained in a variety of modalities, including Gua Sha/Cupping Therapy. I only do bodywork by appointment only. We live in a stressful and fast-paced world. Taking time out for yourself is very important. Remember that you need to take care of yourself before you can take care of things at home, around you, and for other people. Body maintenance should be regular maintenance.
