Before I became a licensed massage therapist, I spent fourteen years as a registered nurse. I am very familiar with medical issues and easily make adjustments when needed to accommodate as needed. I still maintain my RN license but concentrate my healing efforts as a massage therapist using a holistic approach. The types of massage I am able to provide are as follows: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-natal, Hot Stones, Warm Bamboo, Thai, and Sports. I strive to customize your massage to help you meet your health goals. Currently, I provide chair event massages as well as work out of A Touch of Health in Aurora, Nebraska.
