I have been practicing massage therapy since 2008. I view massage therapy as self-care and being proactive in your personal health care. The modalities I have chosen to be certified in and practice will relieve your muscular aches and pain. It brings me great joy watching my clients have a better quality of life through effective massage techniques. I specialize in relieving pain and pain control.

I attended Universal College of Healing Arts School of Massage in Omaha, Nebraska.

My certifications are Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy from Colorado Scholl of Energy Studies in Boulder, Colorado. Massage Cupping from ACE Massage Cupping. Certified Myokinesthetic Practitioner from Myokinesthetic Systems, Kansas City, Kansas. Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage from Academy of Lymphatic Studies, Florida.
