Why self-care you ask, because YOU DESERVE IT!!! Life gets busy and there's nothing better than a calm mind, and a tension free body to get you feeling right. I am a wife to a loving, supportive husband and proud mom/stepmom to six wonderful, active kids and several fur babies. We are always on the go between family trips, band activities, and sports.
