As a massage therapist my mission is to facilitate the wellbeing of my clients through a mixture of Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Table Modified Thai Massage modalities. Although relaxation is a possible outcome of the Body Work, its main focus is on facilitating the function, movement, and reduction of pain in the client's body through deep intentional connection and manipulation of soft and skeletal tissue through a variety of techniques.
