Being on a healing journey, I understand the value of self-care. To me, healing is not about fixing or fighting against some issues, but rather connecting to all aspects of ourselves-body, mind, emotions and spirit. Techniques I found beneficial to me are Massage therapy and Reiki. I’ve been practicing massage since 2015 after graduating from Pensacola State College, Florida. My intention would be to provide safe and quiet space for each client, help them to get in touch with themselves and create unique session based on their needs. I offer traditional Swedish massage and Thai yoga bodywork. In 2019 I was introduced to Reiki and became a practitioner. I found for myself that this gentle energy works not only on physical but also emotional and mental bodies, and I do love incorporate it into massage session if client is open to receive.
