I work by appointment only, available during and after normal working hours and on occasional Saturdays. I am a more mature therapist, being over retirement age, but with a passion for what I do.I specialize in Swedish/deep tissue massage along with passive stretching to attain the most relief of muscle tension. I am also a Certified Cupping Therapist with 40 hours of continuing education in this modality.  Cupping emphasis is on releasing trigger points with decompression rather than compression.  My goal is to treat the whole client, focusing on therapeutic release and thus relaxation, performed with respect and grace.I am also certified in Manual Lymph Drainage with 40 hours of continuing education to assist in the flow of lymph from the surrounding tissues, especially postoperatively. This is a gentle pressure to assist in lessening swelling near the operative site. I can also perform light stimulation therapy as a result of this training.
