Lena Moser

Hi, I'm Lena Moser, the licensed massage therapist and founder of Presence Massage Therapy. My practice is built around one core value: helping people reconnect with their bodies through intentional, compassionate touch.

I've been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years, and in that time, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients - from those seeking stress relief to individuals managing chronic pain or recovering from injury.

This depth of experience has taught me not only the technical skills of bodywork, but also the importance of creating a safe, supportive space where healing can truly happen.

Massage is not a one-size-fits-all service. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from a decade of hands-on experience and ongoing education in therapeutic modalities.

Massage therapy has taught me how powerful stillness, connection, and safe touch can be. I'm continually inspired by the resilience of the human body and the quiet transformations that happen on my table. This work is not just what I do - it's how I serve.

I believe that massage therapy is more than physical relief - it's an opportunity to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.

Every session I offer is grounded in presence. I take time to listen - not only to your words but to what your body may be holding. My style blends both therapeutic and intuitive techniques, creating space for deep healing and relaxation.

Whether you're coming in for stress relief, pain management, or simple self-care, my goal is to meet you where you are - with skill, care, and presence.

Thank you for considering me as part of your wellness journey. I'd be honored to work with you.
