I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT#2599) and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (#182597 RYT500), a native of New Orleans, and a long-time resident of Waveland. I have been a practitioner of yoga for over 15 years, and I was initially certified to teach yoga in 2015 through Zingara Yoga School of Austin, TX, and reached my 500 hours of training through Shanti Yoga Training School of New Orleans, LA. Through my ever-growing passion for self care, I decided to pursue certification in massage therapy at Blue Cliff College in Gulfport, where I completed 805 hours of intensive coursework. I received my certification through the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards by completing the MBLEX examination. By combining my two loves, massage and yoga, I am fulfilling my dream of leading myself and others to a healthier, happier life.
