I am a firm believer in the mind body connection. I want to help iimprove the health and wellness of my clients through education and massage. I am strong in deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, Swedish massage, cupping, Reiki, and am working toward cranial sacral therapy. I firmly believe that your health is your wealth. I have two locations; practicing in Champlin, MN the first part of the week, and my studio in Ramsey, MN for the second part of the week.
