She has worked in a variety of settings, including plastic surgery, chiropractic, and orthopedic offices, as a therapist for professional sports teams, including the Minnesota Vikings and the 2021 Women’s Olympic hockey team. In her private practice, she works with 23 NHL players, including the Minnesota Wild. Through her work in getting professional athletes healthy and back in the game as soon as possible, she has created her own style of muscle work that gets the job done. She uses a combination of traction, stretching, scar tissue release, and compression to get the long-lasting relief her clients rely on. Stephanie completed the Master’s program through DeepFeet in 2022. After getting incredible results since switching to her feet, she felt like she was doing it wrong using her hands and elbows for so many years. Her love of Ashiatsu has inspired her to begin teaching in Minnesota. She is excited to bring her decades of experience to the classroom to teach this career lengthening technique!
