I offer trauma-informed therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Therapy (CST), and SomatoEmotional Release (SER). I also offer Reiki classes and clinical specialties such as lymphatic drainage. I help clients tap into their own natural healing abilities.CranioSacral Therapy is like a cleanse and a massage for your nervous system. SomatoEmotional Release is an advanced form of CST which uses deep listening to the physical cues of your nervous system in conjunction with dialoguing, to resolve trauma that has been held in your tissues. SER can support your healing process and allow you to find resolution more completely, and with more ease.I love working with people of all genders and cultural backgrounds who are ready to heal themselves. Each session is unique, determined by the goals that your own inner wisdom asks me to support. I am continually amazed and delighted by the creative solutions that clients’ systems develop…and the way the healing continues after clients leave my treatment room.My work has been informed by each client who’s been on my table, and by instructors and peers at the Upledger Institute, the Heartwood Institute, Northwestern Health Sciences University, TRACC for Movements (Trauma Response and Crisis Care for Movements), Klose Training, Healing from the Core, Minka Brooklyn, Reiki by Esther, and Third Root Community Health Center.
