I studied massage at Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN and practiced in Duluth until moving to the Brainerd Lakes Area. I have studied myofascial release with John F. Barnes, PT, and this approach influences all my work. I also study and practice Spring Forest Qigong, which also influences my work. I practice myofascial release, massage, and conduct community study groups for Spring Forest Qigong Five Elements Movements (kind of like tai chi, but different). Schedule online or call if you prefer. My office is a wellness center; in this environment, I do not accept tips.
