Cassie Floreno

I have been in this industry for 10 years and have only fallen more in love with my career every one of those years. Bodywork, fascia in particular, is my number one passion. There's nothing like discovering the root of tension and celebrating wins with my bodywork clients. Teaching clients about posture, chronic pain, scar tissue and fascial adhesions makes my day! I am also an avid learner…always continuing my education in all kinds of bodywork. This has included craniosacral therapy, various forms of myofascial release, and prenatal massage to name a few. I also received certification as a personal trainer through ACE in 2021.

Over the course of my massage career, I have learned strengthening and mobilizing are just as important as releasing and relaxing. I love teaching others how exercise isn’t about a certain look or number on the scale. It’s about unloading the physical and emotional stress our day-to-day and to prepare for all we have to do. I'm thrilled to be offering fitness options through my studio.
