I have been healing for 15 + years now, it’s brings me joy when I help others heal through touch. I enjoy myofascia release. This technique helps relax muscles in a calm and soothing method. You have the epidermis(top layer of skin) then fascia surrounding the muscle. When pressure is applied in different directions of the muscle fibers, tension is released from the muscles. I also love deep tissue massage. Stretching is also my favorite to do as well. Stretching is great for anyone from your stay at home mom, or individuals who love to exercise or someone who is just looking to become more flexible. Lastly, Sports Massage is another favorite. Sports Massage helps with increased flexibility, better range of motion and is geared towards the individual sport or exercise. Massage helps to promote circulation, increase flexibility and can help your inner self relax by releasing serotonin. Serotonin is a natural hormone released in the body when and creates a state of euphoria. I truly believe massage is a natural way to relax, and heal body and spirit.
