I have been a practicing Massage Therapist for 20+ years. I challenge myself to continue my education and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From relaxation focused, to managing sports injuries and rehab. I can work with your body to get you feeling like normal again.

I graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institute in 1997.I am a Board Certified Massage Therapist with the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. A professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association for 25 years.I received my Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology in 2016.I am a Clinical Exercise Physiologist certified through the American College of Sports Medicine.I am a Certified level 3 Exercise is Medicine professional through the American College of Sports Medicine.
