Charlann Walker

Charlann Walker is a 2018 graduate of Irene's Myomassology Institute and owner of Harrison Hideaway Health & Massage. After completing Irene’s Myomassolgy Institute,, she became an apprentice for one year in their program while starting her career in a chiropractic setting.

Before massage therapy Charlann obtained her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Toledo, Ohio in Geology, and a master's degree in Environmental Hydrogeology from Binghamton University, New York. She worked in the environmental field until changing her career focus to the healing arts and attending Irene’s Myomassology Institute in 2017. One motivating factor that led her out of the environmental field was getting off the tract of sitting behind a desk.

Charlann realized through her studies as a Hydrogeologist and Massage Therapist that these completely different subjects have one big thing in common. Everything is connected to one another. It is certain that the health of our Earth and our bodies are mutually dependent. We need both to be in sound order to have a beneficial and rewarding life for ourselves and our future. Help keep this interdependent relationship healthy starting with you!

Charlann’s other passions outside of work include music, spending time with her family, and dog hiking, swimming, boating, and x-country skiing.
