As a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012, my Functional approach facilitates long-lasting results using a wide range of modalities, including when appropriate, functional nutrition, and lifestyle counseling. My years of experience help me find the best methods of restoring mobility to injured muscle tissue and preventing future occurrences. I am also a Doula and prenatal massage specialist and instructor. During pregnancy, I will help you achieve and maintain optimal function, naturally.
