About
Welcome to Nurture Wellness- holistic bodywork focused on women and children in Eastown Grand Rapids.
I’m Ashley Meek, Naturopathic Doctor, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. Each session is shaped around what you need that day.
Whether you’re looking for rest, relief or deeper support for mind, body and spirit- my offerings include:
• Massage therapy to ease tension, work through stubborn knots, and help you rest and renew.
• Mayan abdominal therapy to support menstrual wellness and your fertility journey.
• Craniosacral therapy for gentle support when your nervous system feels overwhelmed or your body feels out of balance after injury, birth or everyday stress.
• Reiki for a gentle energetic reset.
• Naturopathy and herbalism to support your whole self.
We can focus on one approach or combine therapies in a way that feels right for you.
Whatever brings you in, there’s space to reconnect with your true and vibrant self.
Come as you are. I would love to see you soon.
