I use an integrative bodywork approach, based on over 26 yeas of experience in clinical massage (over 10 years working in physical therapy at Beaumont Hospital), Rolf Structural Integration and Bowen Therapy. I analyze your posture in standing and lying down and then make precise corrections to balance the muscles that are causing your body to be out alignment.
It's so much fun to have a client get up off the table and notice immediate changes in their body!
