Mariann Gonczy

Hi, I'm Mariann (she/her), a licensed and insured massage therapist (LMT) and graduate of Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield, Michigan. I am fascinated by the anatomy of the body, and all things massage! I specialize in a type of deep tissue massage called Myofascial Release, which is both gentle and powerful. This technique is about finding and reducing the restrictions, or "issues in your tissues", and helps improve body posture and mobility. As your massage therapist at Relax & Renew, I strive to tailor each of my sessions to the individual client’s pain relief, relaxation and wellness needs. I hope to see you soon!
