Christine Bissonnette

Christine Bissonnette is a bodyworker in the Healing Arts Department & a member of the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health R&R faculty. Since 2001 Christine has found joy sharing simple tools that can be used to eliminate chronic pain by inviting our bodies to awaken to its own natural wisdom and ability to heal itself. She is a Reiki Master, Integrated Positional Therapist, Board Approved Continuing Education Provider for bodyworkers, YACEP thru Yoga Alliance and a Kripalu 500hr E- RYT. Her workshops at Kripalu and beyond, dig deep into anatomy with a little bit of humor along the way. Christine is also the owner of Optimum Health Therapeutic Massage located in Westfield, Massachusetts since 2006.
