My approach blends acupuncture, mindful bodywork, and bioenergetic health coaching—creating a gentle yet powerful synergy that helps restore flow, balance, and connection. Each session is an intuitive conversation with your energy field, where touch, stillness, and awareness awaken the body’s innate capacity to heal.

Trained at the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture, my work has evolved to weave together techniques such as Zero Balancing, Reiki, Healing Touch, and clinical acupressure. What I offer is not a single method, but a living practice—rooted in presence, shaped by experience, and inspired by the cycles of nature.

I believe healing is a return to wholeness—a remembering of who we are beneath the noise. My role is simply to hold the space, listen deeply, and help you reconnect to the wisdom that already lives within you.
