I chose a career in massage therapy as a way to help others deal with issues of pain and stress with a natural, proven technique that increases overall health and wellbeing. A massage can really change your day! When I’m not giving (or getting) massages, I'm trying out new healthy recipes for my family, curled up with a good book, or exploring local walking trails with my husband.
