I have been working with massage clients for over 30 years, and recently became a Licensed Practical Nurse. I use a variety of modalities to create an individual massage based on each client's needs. Modalities/techniques include: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Pregnancy Massage, Cupping, heat and stretching. I have taught massage technique classes as well as anatomy/physiology and business classes at several  local massage schools.  I specialize in deep tissue massage and served as Rob Kish's massage therapist during two of his three wins in the Race Across AMerica (RAAM).    I have numerous continuing education certifications including Certified Infant Massage Instructor, Certified Spa Specialist and Ear Coning.  I am also a certified personal trainer (since 1997) and obtained my National Certification from NCSF in 2007.
