The bodywork I offer integrates Eastern and Western styles of massage and bodywork, including but not limited to Thai massage, Acupressure, Reflexology, Reiki, and Intuitive Spiritual Dialogue. I specialize in longer sessions, from 90 minutes to 2 hours, as I believe it takes time for your body to unwind from the stresses of daily life. The more relaxation your body is in, the more profound the state of natural healing it can do for you. Longer sessions allow your body to restore and rejuvenate.
