MY APPROACH AND PHILOSOPHY: I believe that massage and Reiki are healing arts, ways to support physical health as well as emotional and energetic well-being. My work is guided by intuition, compassion, and the understanding that our bodies hold our experiences. Helping clients feel more at ease in their daily lives is always at the heart of what I do. Providing massage and energy work is one of the most important ways I connect with others. I love what I do, and know that this is how I put good out into the world.

WORKING WITH ELDERS:

I particularly enjoy working with elders. I intentionally seek out opportunities to connect with this population, providing therapeutic bodywork that promotes relaxation, reduces pain, and fosters a sense of well-being.

THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY:

I am a safe, affirming space for the queer community to receive bodywork. Being a member of the community myself, I understand the need for welcoming spaces. However you identify or wherever you are on the gender spectrum, please know that you will be seen and respected.

VOLUNTEER WORK:

I volunteer with Care Dimensions, offering Reiki treatments to hospice patients. The time I spend with them feels like a calling, and continually reminds me of the power of presence, gentleness, and compassion.

OUTSIDE OF WORK:

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and finding inspiration in nature.
