I create a custom therapeutic massage tailored to your specific needs. After a brief discussion to understand how you're feeling and your expectations for the session, I combine elements of Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Trigger Point therapies to address muscle dysfunction and tension in the body. I have peaceful & tranquil home studio space with a heated massage table. The studio space is located on the second floor, and there is ample parking available.
