My practice is mainly Targeted Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage mixed with Swedish Massage, Sport Massage, and Reflexology. Occassionally, I add a little Trager technique to work with the shoulder muscles.I look for trouble muscles and identify the source of pain. I like to mix all the modalities in the massage sessions. What modality to use or apply will solely depends on the current muscle tone and health conditions of the clients, or what special treatment a particular muscle group needed at the time.I don't spend time in massaging those areas without issues.
