My mission: to support you in achieving relaxation in a safe environment with a therapeutic touch. I offer my services so that you can achieve physical and mental relief. I focus on areas of pain or tension within a full body massage. The goal is to reintegrate these areas into the rest of the body so that function and wellness is restored.  I offer 60- and 90-minute massages and use the following techniques: Swedish Massage, Deep-tissue Massage, Trigger-point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Myofascial Release.
