My work is focused on Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Pregnancy massage. I am an experienced Licensed Massage Therpaist,  Yoga Instructor and Professional Doula. I have been working with Physical Therapists as well as Chiropractors in the area and provide Massage Therapy to continue in a client's wellbeing & recovery from any chronic pain or injuries.
