Nourishing Hands Therapeutic Massage is located within the Healing Thyme Therapeutic Massage and Wellness Center, located on the Broadneck Peninsula in Annapolis,MD.  I specialize in providing a specialized massage experience, designed to target each individual's specific body needs. Sessions with me are based on time, and are customized using an integrative approach; incorporating a variety of massage modalities including Deep Tissue, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release,  Gentle Swedish massage, active and passive stretching and active muscle techniques tailored to address your individual areas of concern. My goal is to provide a healthful, restorative and rejuvenating therapeutic massage to help facilitate pain relief, decrease stress and anxiety, and promote an increased sense of overall physical and mental well being.
