I love what I do!  The focus of my work is mostly geared towards relaxation, however, I do spend a considerable amount of time on more specific issues:  neck, shoulders, abdomen, low back, feet, and head pain.  The combination of massage and any of the techniques listed below allows the work to penetrate deeper, all the while allowing my clients to relax easily.  I am a Jikiden Reiki practitioner, and have successfully completed DayBreak Geriatric Massage, Integrative Foot and Hand Reflexology, and Dr. Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage for Face and Neck, in addition to 24 CEUs every 2 years since 2001!. Every client's needs are unique and specific which makes my 'work' very special--my clients become my teachers. I practice out of Hagerstown, Maryland.
