I am primarily considered a deep tissue therapist but my focus is NOT on pressure but in working with each client to understand their usage pattern and habits that may be the source of the tension they are feeling. Most times a painful area is a symptom NOT a source. It is the weak point where a tight larger muscle is pulling on it. I am especially adept at illiopsoas and subscapularis release. I am certified in Integrative Reflexology and was taught by Claire Marie Miller. I also bring training in Orthobionomy, the Trager Method, Anatomy Trains, positional release, and Oncology into my sessions. I am currently practicing for About Faces Day Spa in Salisbury, Maryland.
