Nicole Zeigler has been a licensed massage therapist since 2004 a YTT certified yoga instructor since 2016 . Nicole specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy for the upper body. She is also trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and an adapted form of Thai Massage on the massage table.Nicole uses her knowledge of anatomy and yoga to guide her massage sessions. She is also able to design an individualized yoga and massage program to meet the healing and relaxation needs of her clients.
