Melissa Steger

Missy Steger has been practicing massage since 2003. She is also a licensed Acupuncturist as well as trained to work with oncology patients, trauma survivors and perform micro needling. Melissa’s goal is to educate her clients about anatomy and physiology and work with them on creating better body movement habits.  Including education on stretching, posture, and ergonomic consulting.  Melissa specializes in neuromuscular therapy, TMJ and tension headaches, deep tissue and oncology massage. Melissa is also a Licensed Acupuncturist and can provide a hybrid of the two traditions to better address your pain and stress.
