Committed to promoting relaxation, well-being, and healing through the transformative practices of massage therapy, rehabilitation, and personal training services, FoYT believes in the power of touch to restore balance and harmony. Using a combination of fluid motion, nurturing care, and symmetry, deep relaxation for both the body and mind is fostered.

RoShaud L. Lewis, a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), is the founder and a passionate advocate for holistic wellness. A graduate of the National Massage Therapy Institute in 2011, RoShaud is a dedicated member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) and the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). With a deep commitment to rejuvenating both body and spirit, the mission is to help clients rediscover youthful vitality and improve overall well-being.
