I have always aspired to have a fulfilling and purposeful life that consists of using my talents to bring meaning, joy and comfort to others. I discovered and witnessed how alternative and complementary modalities offered other ways of allowing the body to heal, mend and recover as a Registered Nurse. I attended massage therapy school at the Baltimore School of Massage and graduated in 2008. In 2010, I began my independent massage practice. As a Registered Nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist, I use my knowledge and healthcare experience to focus on therapeutic treatments to help individuals regain, obtain and maintenance functional wellness. I offer Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping, and Stretching. I use different tools and techniques to achieve the desired goal of the session. I use aromatherapy and essential oils to aid in healing and the mind-body connection. I practice at two locations: Catonsville, MD and Laurel, MD.
