The power of therapeutic touch has been harnessed by many cultures over thousands of years and it's still applicable today. Research supports the health benefits of massage therapy for conditions such as stress, fibromyalgia, muscle tension, migraine and tension headaches, insomnia, and many more modern day complaints. Regular massage is salubrious to our wellbeing, particularly as our culture promotes a sedentary lifestyle. We will work together to identify your treatment goals and develop a plan to bring your energy back into balance. My clients are the most important aspect of my practice and I believe in building relationships that are conducive to positive healthful energy flow. My practice is low-volume, allowing me the time and energy to devote to you. This is my promise to you: Your health and welfare are my priority. My studio and equipment are always clean and sanitized. Because I run a low volume studio I can and will allow time in my schedule to thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment and surfaces before and after each client. I see no more than three or four clients per day and allow plenty of time between appointments to focus on you and your unique requirements. My energy is your energy. - Sharon
