I'm passionate about the health benefits and healing power of massage and bodywork. As a six time marathoner, I've experienced this value firsthand! I began my course of study at the Potomac Massage Training Institute (PMTI) in the fall of ‘16.  I'm also an active member of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington (IMCW) committed to the integration and manifestation of wisdom and compassion in all aspects of life. I’m an LMT practitioner because therapeutic massage keeps me authentically connected and I'm honored to be a part of this highly respected profession. In addition to Massage, I incorporate Spiritual and Energetic Coaching, Reiki Healing, Chakra Balancing, Crystal Singing Bowls, and Sound Mediation in my practice.
