Hi, and welcome! I’m a licensed massage therapist based just outside Portland, Maine. I specialize in clinical massage using Deep Tissue and Swedish, using a thoughtful, intuitive approach to help clients release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies in space they can feel safe. My work is rooted in the belief that massage therapy is not just a luxury—it’s a vital part of self-care and overall well-being.
In addition to my primary modalities, I offer Myofascial release, pregnancy massage, cupping therapy, and Reflexology. These techniques allow me to customize each session based on your unique goals, whether you’re looking for pain relief, stress reduction, or restorative relaxation.
